Return & Refund Policy
At Camouflage Industry, all products are custom-made according to the customer’s approved techpack, design, sample, order details, fabric selection, sizing, branding, and packaging requirements. Because every order is made specifically for each customer, returns and refunds are handled differently from ready-made retail products.
This policy applies to all sample orders, bulk production orders, custom clothing orders, branding services, private label production, and wholesale manufacturing orders placed with Camouflage Industry.
Custom-Made Orders
Every order is produced according to approved customer requirements, not ready-made retail stock.
Approval Based
Techpack, sample, and production details must be reviewed carefully before final approval.
Verified Issues Only
Corrections or adjustments are considered only for verified production mistakes caused by us.
01Custom-Made Products
All orders produced by Camouflage Industry are customized according to the customer’s confirmed requirements. Once the customer approves the techpack, sample, production details, or gives the final confirmation to start production, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded due to change of mind, wrong information provided by the customer, or changes requested after approval.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully before confirming production.
02Techpack and Order Approval
Before production begins, the customer must provide complete and accurate information, including product design, measurements, fabric details, color details, logo placement, printing or embroidery details, labels, packaging, and any other special instructions.
Once the techpack or order details are confirmed in writing, they will be considered final. Camouflage Industry will produce the order according to the approved details.
Camouflage Industry will not be responsible for any missing, unclear, or incorrect information that was not properly provided by the customer before approval.
03Sample Approval
For bulk production orders, the customer must review and approve the sample before bulk production begins. Sample results may be shared through pictures or videos. If the customer requests physical inspection of the sample, shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
Once the sample is approved by the customer, bulk production will begin according to the approved sample and confirmed techpack.
After sample approval and production start, returns, refunds, or cancellations will not be accepted unless there is a verified production mistake caused by Camouflage Industry.
04Bulk Production Orders
Bulk production starts only after the customer gives final approval and confirms that the sample, stitching, fabric, colors, measurements, logo work, labels, packaging, and overall quality are acceptable.
Once bulk production has started, the customer cannot request cancellation, return, refund, changes, additions, or removals from the order.
If the customer requests changes after production has started, Camouflage Industry may review whether the change is possible. If a solution is possible, the customer will be responsible for all additional costs, including material costs, labor costs, production adjustment costs, and any loss caused by production delay or worker downtime.
If the change is not possible, the order will be completed according to the approved techpack and sample.
05Non-Refundable Payments
Advance payments, sample charges, material purchasing costs, customization costs, branding costs, and production-related expenses are non-refundable once the order process has started.
This is because materials, trims, accessories, fabric, labels, printing, embroidery, and other production arrangements are purchased or prepared specifically for the customer’s order.
06When a Refund or Correction May Be Considered
A refund, correction, remake, or adjustment may only be considered if there is a clear and verified production mistake caused by Camouflage Industry and the final product does not match the approved techpack or approved sample.
Examples may include:
- Wrong logo placement compared to the approved techpack
- Wrong design produced by our production team
- Major measurement issue outside acceptable production tolerance
- Incorrect fabric or color used compared to the approved order details
- Missing branding or customization that was clearly confirmed in writing
Each case will be reviewed carefully by our team before any decision is made.
07Issues Not Eligible for Return or Refund
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for the following reasons:
- Change of mind after order confirmation
- Customer provided wrong or incomplete information
- Missing details not mentioned in the approved techpack
- Changes requested after production has started
- Slight color variation due to screen display, lighting, fabric dyeing, or production process
- Minor measurement differences within normal production tolerance
- Customer no longer needs the order
- Customer’s market, sales, or buyer situation changed
- Shipping delays, customs delays, import duties, taxes, or courier issues
- Damage caused after delivery due to misuse, washing, handling, storage, or alteration
- Products altered, washed, used, resold, or modified after delivery
08Claim Process
If the customer believes there is a production mistake, the customer must contact Camouflage Industry as soon as possible after receiving the order.
The customer must provide clear proof, including:
- Order details or invoice number
- Clear photos and videos of the issue
- Comparison with the approved techpack or approved sample
- Quantity affected
- Packaging and shipment details where required
Camouflage Industry will review the provided evidence and compare the issue with the approved techpack, approved sample, and confirmed order details.
09Resolution Options
If Camouflage Industry confirms that the issue was caused by our production mistake, we may offer one of the following solutions depending on the situation:
- Repair or correction where possible
- Replacement of affected pieces
- Partial adjustment or credit
- Remake of affected items
- Refund only if no practical solution is possible and the issue is verified as our responsibility
The final resolution will depend on the nature of the issue, quantity affected, production feasibility, and mutual agreement between Camouflage Industry and the customer.
10Return Shipping
If any item needs to be returned for inspection, repair, or replacement, the return shipping process and charges will be discussed based on the reason for return.
If the issue is confirmed as a production mistake caused by Camouflage Industry, we will assist with the best possible solution. If the issue is caused by customer-provided information, change of mind, shipping handling, or any third-party issue, return shipping and related costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
11Shipping, Customs, and Courier Issues
Camouflage Industry is not responsible for shipping delays, customs clearance delays, import duties, VAT, taxes, courier handling issues, freight company delays, or destination country regulations.
Once the shipment has been handed over to the confirmed shipping company or freight service, delivery timelines and shipping-related matters are subject to the shipping provider’s terms and conditions.
12Final Decision
All return, refund, remake, repair, or adjustment requests will be reviewed based on the approved techpack, approved sample, confirmed order details, production records, and provided evidence.
Camouflage Industry reserves the right to accept or reject any return or refund request if the issue is not caused by our production mistake or if the claim does not match the approved order details.
Important Note
Camouflage Industry is a custom clothing manufacturer and wholesale supplier. We do not sell ready-made retail stock. Every order is produced specifically for the customer, so customers are requested to carefully review and confirm all details before giving final approval for production.
