Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Camouflage Industry. These Terms & Conditions apply to all website visitors, customers, sample orders, bulk production orders, custom manufacturing orders, private label orders, wholesale orders, and any business conducted with Camouflage Industry.
By using our website, requesting a quotation, confirming a techpack, approving a sample, making payment, or placing an order with Camouflage Industry, the customer agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.
Custom Manufacturing
All products are made to order according to approved customer requirements.
Approval Based Process
Techpack, sample, payment, and order details must be confirmed before production.
Wholesale Orders
Camouflage Industry mainly works with B2B, private label, and bulk production customers.
01Business Nature
Camouflage Industry is a custom clothing manufacturer and wholesale supplier. We produce made-to-order garments, private label products, custom apparel, branding items, and related manufacturing services according to the customer’s approved requirements.
We do not operate as a ready-made retail store. All orders are produced based on confirmed designs, approved samples, order quantity, fabric selection, customization details, and production requirements.
02Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for providing complete, correct, and detailed information before order processing begins. This may include product design, techpack, size chart, measurements, fabric type, GSM, color details, logo placement, printing or embroidery details, labels, packaging instructions, shipping information, and any other special requirements.
Camouflage Industry will not be responsible for any missing, unclear, incomplete, or incorrect information that was not properly provided by the customer before approval.
03Techpack and Order Approval
Before production begins, the customer must provide or approve a finalized techpack or complete order details. The customer must carefully review all details before giving written confirmation.
Once the customer confirms the techpack, sample, or order details in writing, those details will be considered final. No changes, additions, or removals will be accepted once production has started unless Camouflage Industry confirms that the requested change is possible.
Written confirmation may include approval through email, WhatsApp, invoice confirmation, signed document, or any other agreed written communication method.
04Price Quotation and Validity
Prices provided by Camouflage Industry are based on current fabric rates, material costs, labor costs, customization requirements, order quantity, exchange rates, and market conditions.
Any price quotation provided to the customer will remain valid for 30 days from the date it is shared, unless otherwise stated in writing.
After 30 days, prices may be revised due to changes in fabric rates, accessories, trims, printing costs, embroidery costs, labor costs, shipping costs, currency exchange, or other market changes.
To secure the quoted price, the customer must confirm the order within the 30-day validity period.
05Sample Phase
If the customer proceeds with bulk production and pays the required advance payment, Camouflage Industry may produce the first approval sample according to the confirmed order details.
Sample results may be shared with the customer through pictures or videos for review. If the customer requests physical inspection of the sample, the customer will be responsible for sample shipping charges.
The customer must review the sample carefully, including stitching, fabric, color, measurements, printing, embroidery, labels, packaging, finishing, and all other quality details before giving approval for bulk production.
If the customer requests a second or additional sample due to changes, modifications, or additional requirements, the customer will be responsible for the sample production cost and shipping cost.
06Bulk Production
Bulk production will begin only after the customer approves the sample, confirms the techpack, and gives the final approval to proceed.
Once bulk production starts, the customer cannot cancel the order or request changes, additions, removals, or modifications without additional cost and production review.
If a change is requested after production has started, Camouflage Industry will review whether the change is possible. If a solution is possible, the customer must pay all additional costs, including material costs, labor costs, adjustment costs, production delay costs, and any loss caused by production pause or worker downtime.
If the requested change is not possible, Camouflage Industry will complete the order according to the approved techpack and approved sample.
07Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once materials have been purchased, sample development has started, production preparation has begun, or bulk production has started.
Advance payments, sample charges, material purchasing costs, branding costs, customization costs, and production-related expenses are non-refundable once the order process has started.
If the customer cancels the order before production starts, Camouflage Industry may review the cancellation request and deduct any costs already incurred before deciding whether any amount is refundable.
08Payment Terms
Payment terms will be discussed and confirmed before order processing. For most custom manufacturing and bulk production orders, an advance payment is required before sample development, material purchasing, or production begins.
The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment terms, usually before final dispatch or shipment unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
Any delay in payment may delay sample development, bulk production, packing, dispatch, or shipment.
Bank charges, transfer fees, payment gateway fees, currency conversion fees, or any payment-related charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
09Minimum Order Quantity
Camouflage Industry mainly works on wholesale and bulk production orders. Minimum Order Quantity may apply depending on product type, fabric, customization method, branding requirements, and production process.
Sample inquiries may be handled separately from bulk production orders. Sample approval does not remove MOQ requirements for bulk production unless clearly agreed in writing.
10Product Quality and Tolerance
Camouflage Industry aims to produce every order according to the approved techpack, approved sample, and confirmed order details. However, slight differences may occur due to fabric dyeing, washing, cutting, stitching, printing, embroidery, lighting, screen display, fabric behavior, or normal production tolerance.
Minor measurement differences, shade variations, print or embroidery placement tolerance, and fabric behavior differences may occur during custom production and will not be considered defects if they are within normal production tolerance.
11Customer Designs, Logos, and Intellectual Property
The customer is responsible for ensuring that any design, logo, brand name, artwork, label, slogan, print, embroidery file, or reference material provided to Camouflage Industry is legally owned by the customer or authorized for use.
Camouflage Industry will not be responsible for any copyright, trademark, brand ownership, or intellectual property dispute related to customer-provided designs, logos, or branding materials.
By submitting artwork, logos, or designs to Camouflage Industry, the customer confirms that they have the legal right to use them for production.
12Confidentiality
Camouflage Industry respects customer privacy, brand information, product designs, and business details. Customer designs, techpacks, and production details will be handled carefully and used only for the purpose of order discussion, sample development, and production.
If the customer requires special confidentiality, non-disclosure, or private label protection, this should be clearly discussed and confirmed in writing before order processing begins.
13Product Images and Portfolio Use
Camouflage Industry may take pictures or videos of products during sampling, production, quality checking, or packing for internal records, customer updates, marketing, portfolio, or website use.
If the customer does not want their product images, brand name, logo, or designs to be used for marketing or portfolio purposes, they must inform Camouflage Industry clearly in writing before production begins.
14Shipping and Delivery
Shipping method, shipping charges, and delivery terms will be discussed and confirmed before dispatch. Camouflage Industry may help arrange shipping through available courier, cargo, freight, VAT-paid, express, or customer-selected shipping services.
Customers may also request Ex-Factory pricing and arrange their own pickup, freight forwarder, shipping agent, or logistics service.
Camouflage Industry is not responsible for shipping delays, customs delays, import duties, VAT, taxes, courier handling issues, freight delays, destination country rules, or any issue caused by shipping companies, customs authorities, or third-party logistics providers.
15Returns and Refunds
Because all products are custom-made according to approved customer requirements, returns and refunds are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect information provided by the customer, missing details in the techpack, late changes, market changes, or customer-side issues.
Returns, refunds, corrections, or remakes may only be considered if there is a verified production mistake caused by Camouflage Industry and the final product does not match the approved techpack or approved sample.
All return and refund matters will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
16Delays and Force Majeure
Camouflage Industry will make reasonable efforts to complete production and dispatch within the estimated timeline. However, delays may occur due to fabric availability, material shortages, machine issues, labor issues, public holidays, courier delays, customs checks, weather conditions, government restrictions, strikes, power issues, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our control.
Camouflage Industry will not be responsible for losses, penalties, missed selling seasons, late launches, customer’s resale issues, or business losses caused by delays outside our reasonable control.
17Communication
Customers must provide accurate contact details and remain available for order communication, sample approval, production updates, payment confirmation, and shipping coordination.
Delays in customer response, approval, payment, or required information may delay the order timeline. Camouflage Industry will not be responsible for delays caused by late customer communication or pending customer approvals.
18Limitation of Responsibility
Camouflage Industry’s responsibility is limited to producing the order according to the approved techpack, approved sample, confirmed order details, and agreed production terms.
Camouflage Industry will not be responsible for indirect losses, resale losses, marketing losses, customer’s customer complaints, brand reputation issues, missed deadlines caused by third parties, customs issues, shipping company issues, or any loss not directly caused by our verified production mistake.
19Right to Refuse an Order
Camouflage Industry reserves the right to refuse any order, quotation request, design, artwork, product, or production request if it is not suitable for our production process, violates legal requirements, involves unauthorized branding, creates risk, or does not match our business policy.
20Changes to Terms & Conditions
Camouflage Industry may update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version published on our website will apply to future orders, inquiries, and business transactions.
Customers are encouraged to review these Terms & Conditions before confirming any order.
21Contact Information
For any questions regarding these Terms & Conditions, order requirements, shipping, production, or custom manufacturing services, customers may contact Camouflage Industry through our official website, email, WhatsApp, or other official communication channels.
